SUMMER programs 2022

Make the most out of summer wITH NYA’s
strength and speed camps! 

No matter the sport, no matter your skill, NYA’s Youth Speed Camp will transform you into a better athlete!
Led by
 experienced athletes and certified trainers, our high-energy speed and agility workouts will get you ready for a variety of sports by helping you develop footwork, lateral quickness, straight-line speed, reaction time and more! to help get you ready for a variety of sports!

Each Mini Camp is 5 weeks, $250 per camp

1. STRENGTH CAMP

Learn the fundamental strength patterns,
build strength, build confidence
and have fun reaching your fitness goals.

Who: 14+ 
When: Monday/Thursday: 3-4pm
Where: Strength Lab NYA

Summer Phase 1: 6/20/22-7/22
Summer Phase 2: 7/25/22-8/26/22

2. Little lifters

Learn fundamental movement patterns, build strength,
balance and coordination through variety of body weight and beginning strength exercise.

Who: 9-13
When: Monday/Thursday: 4-5pm
Where: Strength Lab NYA

Summer Phase 1: 6/20/22-7/22
Summer Phase 2: 7/25/22-8/26/22

3. Speed Camp

Speed Development, Form & Technique Drills, Agility, Speed, Conditioning and Core Strength

Who: 14+
When: Tuesday/ Friday 3-4pm
Where: NYA Turf

Summer Phase 1: 6/20/22-7/22
Summer Phase 2: 7/25/22-8/26/22

4. YOUTH Speed Camp

Speed Development, Form & Technique Drills, Agility, Speed, Conditioning and Core Strength

Who: 9-13
When: Tuesday/Friday: 4-5pm
Where: Strength Lab NYA

Summer Phase 2: 7/25/22-8/26/22

5. College Strength Camp

Custom Training routines supervised by certified trainers and strength coaches. 
Get help from a trainer implementing your team’s packet or developing your own strength routine. 

Who: College Level Athletes
When: Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday 11am-12pm
Where: NYA Strength Lab
