The Personal Trainer is responsible for developing safe, exciting, and effective personal training programs to improve fitness, meeting goals, and providing an overall enjoyable fitness experience.
The Membership Coordinator is the lead customer service contact for the Company’s members, guests, and prospects. The areas of focus are acquiring new members, retention of existing members, and evaluating and adjusting the services available for members. This will be accomplished by responding to members and prospects promptly, implementing promotions, and responding to feedback. As the lead customer service contact, the Membership Coordinator is also responsible for training and leading our fitness staff and making sure they are processing membership correctly and providing outstanding customer service.
