This program is for the high school baseball player looking to get ready for their spring tryouts and season. 7 weeks of training, 3X per week (no sessions 2/22, 2/23) – combining BP, defense, and strength and conditioning will be sure to get players sharp and in shape for the season. Training and instruction provided by current NCAA and semi-pro athletes, veteran coaches, and certified sports performance trainers. Players work in small groups for increased reps and COVID safety protocols.
